mms49 Terms & Conditions — Rules of Use for Bangladesh Players

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "mms49", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the mms49 platform and its operating entity, accessible at mms49.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses any part of the mms49 platform.
• "Platform" — refers to the mms49 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated products and services accessible at mms49.io.
• "Account" — refers to the registered player account created upon successful completion of the mms49 registration process.
• "BDT" or "৳" — refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all mms49 transactions are denominated.
• "Balance" — refers to the total funds held in a player's mms49 account at any given time, including real-money balance and any active bonus balance separately tracked.
• "Bonus Balance" — refers to any promotional or bonus funds credited to a player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by mms49 before processing withdrawals or where otherwise deemed necessary.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the total amount a player must wager before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with mms49, accessing the platform, placing any bet, or using any service provided by mms49, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or product-specific terms referenced herein or published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, you are not permitted to use the mms49 platform. You should refrain from registering, logging in, depositing, or placing bets. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended version.

These Terms & Conditions form the entire agreement between you and mms49 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether oral or written.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the mms49 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. mms49 does not permit access to any real-money product by persons under the age of 21, regardless of any local law that may set a lower threshold.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent or representative of any other person or entity.

mms49 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request documentary evidence. Where eligibility cannot be confirmed, mms49 may suspend the account and withhold any balance pending investigation.

4. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one single account with mms49. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same or different identity details — is a material breach of these terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

4.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. mms49 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify mms49 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

4.3 Account Currency

All mms49 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The currency selection cannot be changed after registration. All deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed exclusively in BDT.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

mms49 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All players are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request is processed, and at any time mms49 deems additional verification necessary.

5.1 Required Documents

Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or valid driving licence issued by a Bangladeshi authority. Proof of address may also be required, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last three months showing the player's registered residential address.

5.2 Processing Timeframe

mms49 will endeavour to review and process KYC submissions within three (3) business days of receiving all required documents in legible, complete form. Players will be notified by email once their verification status has been updated. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is successfully completed.

5.3 Right to Request Additional Verification

mms49 reserves the right to request additional documentary evidence at any time, including for large withdrawals, unusual account activity, or where the risk management team identifies a need for enhanced due diligence. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

mms49 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other approved Bangladeshi payment channels as displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to the player's account balance in real time subject to successful payment confirmation from the payment provider.

6.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability and payment provider limits. Withdrawals are contingent on successful KYC verification as described in Section 5. mms49 will endeavour to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider's own settlement schedule.

6.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

mms49 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where: (a) KYC verification is pending or incomplete; (b) the account is under review for suspected fraudulent activity; (c) active wagering requirements on bonus funds have not been met; or (d) mms49 has reasonable grounds to suspect the account has been used in breach of these terms. In all such cases mms49 will notify the player and, where permitted, indicate the expected resolution timeframe.

6.4 Transaction Fees

mms49 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, payment providers (such as bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges in accordance with their standard service terms. Players are advised to check their payment provider's fee schedule independently. mms49 has no control over and accepts no liability for third-party payment provider fees.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

mms49 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions.

7.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed KYC verification unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Each bonus promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money balance. Real-money balance is wagered first unless the specific promotion terms provide otherwise.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period of the bonus. Bets placed on certain game types (including but not limited to certain live dealer side bets, certain low-variance slots, and certain casino table games with theoretical RTP above 99%) may not contribute fully toward wagering requirements. 7.3 Bonus Abuse

mms49 reserves the right to void bonuses, void bonus-derived winnings, and suspend accounts where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim first-deposit bonuses more than once; placing offsetting bets designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; exploiting technical errors to obtain bonuses not intended by mms49; and providing false information to qualify for a bonus.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets, casino games, live dealer products, crash games, and other gaming products available on mms49 are subject to product-specific rules published within the platform's Help section or on the relevant game or market page. In the event of any conflict between those product-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions will prevail except where the product-specific rules expressly provide otherwise.

8.1 Bet Settlement

All bets are settled at the odds accepted at the time the bet was placed, based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body or, where no governing body determination is available, by mms49's trading team using publicly available official sources. mms49's decision on all settlement matters is final.

8.2 Errors & Technical Faults

In the event of a manifest error in odds, game outcome, or payment — including software malfunctions, data feed errors, or pricing errors — mms49 reserves the right to void the affected bets or game rounds and return stakes to players. mms49 is not obligated to honour bets placed at erroneous odds or bets that resulted from a system error.

8.3 Live Betting

In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time at mms49's discretion, including due to match incidents, data feed delays, or integrity concerns. Bets accepted and confirmed before suspension will stand subject to normal settlement rules. Bets submitted but not confirmed at the time of suspension will be voided and stakes returned.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mms49 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account or attempting to access the platform following a permanent suspension or self-exclusion.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other time.
• Using stolen, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to make deposits.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mms49 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

mms49's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mms49 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. mms49 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the platform or the information, content, or materials included on the platform, beyond what is expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions.

13. Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Suspension by mms49

mms49 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) mms49 suspects a breach of these Terms & Conditions; (b) mms49 is required to do so by applicable law or court order; (c) KYC verification cannot be completed; (d) the account is inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months; or (e) mms49 determines, at its sole discretion, that continued operation of the account poses a risk or regulatory concern.

13.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your mms49 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after satisfaction of all outstanding wagering requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to mms49) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC completion.

13.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. mms49 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to inactive accounts following the initial 12-month period. The fee will not reduce the account balance below zero. Players will be notified in advance of any dormancy fee being applied.

14. Amendments to These Terms

mms49 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, mms49 will provide reasonable notice by posting a notice on the platform homepage or by sending a notification to the registered email address associated with your account, at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law applicable to the jurisdiction under which mms49 operates.

In the event of any dispute between you and mms49, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our support team at [email protected]. mms49 will endeavour to acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitrator. The language of arbitration shall be English. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless the arbitrator orders otherwise.
